HR Business Partner Location: Mumbai (onsite) · Experience: 5 to 10 years About the role Partner with two business units on everything people: performance, engagement, employee relations, org design and manager coaching. Responsibilities - Run performance and promotion cycles for your units with fairness and speed - Coach managers on difficult conversations and team design - Handle employee relations cases with care and documentation - Use attrition and engagement data to propose concrete changes Must have - 5+ years in HR with at least 2 as a business partner - Working knowledge of Indian labour law and POSH - Strong judgement and discretion Nice to have - Experience in a company that grew from 200 to 1,000 people - Compensation benchmarking What we offer - Competitive CTC; health cover for family - A leadership team that treats HR as a partner
