HireZeta comes from the Jobaaj Group in Delhi: a recruitment business, a job platform used by millions of candidates, and a learning company. We built the hiring system we always wanted, then made it a product.
Why another hiring tool
For a decade our recruiters lived in spreadsheets, Naukri exports, WhatsApp and a tracker that stopped keeping up. Every tool we tried was either a US product priced in dollars for teams with a recruiting-ops department, or an Indian HRMS with hiring bolted on as an afterthought.
So in 2026 we rebuilt our own system from scratch: one private candidate database, every role on one board, AI that reads resumes so nobody retypes them, interviews that book themselves, and reports that answer the questions leadership actually asks. HRMS follows, on the same record.
The name is a small maths joke. In an equation, ζ is the variable you solve for. In hiring, that variable is the right person.
We run our own recruiting on it.
