Terms of Service

1. The service

HireZeta (“the Service”) is recruitment software provided by Nishtya Infotech Private Limited, 379, Vardhman Grand Plaza, Plot No. 7, Manglam Place, Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi 110085, India, GSTIN 07AAHCN1541M1ZB (“we”). It includes candidate databases, pipelines, search, AI resume parsing, interview scheduling, and related features described on hirezeta.io.

2. Accounts and organisations

• An organisation is created by its Owner, who is responsible for the organisation's use of the Service and for the people they invite.
• Each person must use their own credentials. Keep them confidential; tell us immediately about unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organisation.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• New organisations get a 14-day trial. When it ends without a paid plan, the workspace becomes read-only; data is retained for 90 days.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in INR plus applicable GST, for the plan and any add-on seats or CV blocks. Prices are quoted by our sales team and stated on your invoice, and may change with 30 days' notice for renewals.
• Seats added mid-period are billed pro-rata at the next renewal. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your data

• You own the data you put into the Service. You grant us a licence to host, process and back it up only to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store candidate data, including notice to candidates where required, and for responding to candidates' requests. We act as your processor under our Privacy Policy.
• You can export your data at any time from Settings and may ask us to delete it when you close the account.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to: store data you have no right to process; send unsolicited bulk messages; scrape or harvest third-party sites in breach of their terms; upload malware; attempt to access other organisations' data; resell the Service without our written agreement; or break the law. We may suspend accounts that breach this section after notice, or immediately where harm is ongoing.

6. AI features

AI parsing and matching produce suggestions, not decisions. Review outputs before relying on them; hiring decisions remain yours and must comply with applicable equal-opportunity law. We do not use your data to train models.

7. Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support is by email at support@hirezeta.io on Indian business days; Scale plans get priority handling.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and software are ours and our licensors'. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer it except as the law allows. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your data, your users, or third-party services.

10. Termination

You may close your organisation at any time from Settings. We may terminate for material breach not cured within 15 days of notice, or for non-payment 15 days after a failed renewal. On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, after a good-faith attempt to resolve any dispute within 30 days of written notice.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to Owners 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
