An address per role, an address for the database.
Forward or BCC any email with a resume attached to a role's address and the candidate is parsed, de-duplicated and placed in the first stage within two minutes. The organisation address adds to the database without a role.

Where a job board offers a connection, we use it. Everywhere else, export the sheet and drop it in: headers are matched automatically, duplicates are merged, and you confirm the mapping before anything runs.
Agencies submit into your pipeline.
Add each agency with its agreement or GST papers on file, choose the roles it works on, and invite its recruiters. They see only those roles and their own submissions. Someone already in your database is refused as a duplicate, so the first submission keeps ownership. Or give the agency the role's email address and skip the login entirely.

Every open role is listed on your subdomain with an apply form. Applications are parsed on the way in, checked for duplicates and land in the role's first stage. Roles are marked up for Google for Jobs automatically.

Questions
Is email-in secure?+
Only addresses that exist in your organisation accept mail; anything else is dropped. Attachments are scanned and stored in private object storage in India.
What if the same resume is forwarded twice?+
The second copy is recognised by content and matched to the existing profile; if a role address was used, the candidate is added to that role without duplicating the profile.
