  1. 2.6
    • Two-step sign-in: turn it on under Settings, Profile and sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app after the password, with backup codes for a lost phone
    • More than one pipeline: give Engineering, Sales or any team its own stages and choose the pipeline when you create a job (Growth and above)
    • Outside interviewers now get a reminder a day before and an hour before, with their link to the CV and scorecard
    • Employees, agency recruiters and consultants can open their own profile to change their password
    • Plan features: check-in by office location from Growth, your own time limit per stage from Scale
  2. 2.5
    • Timesheets in HRMS: book hours per project each day, submit the week, manager approves; the month shows hours and billable share by person and by project, with CSV export
    • Performance in HRMS: review cycles with goals, a self review and a manager review on a 1 to 5 scale; results reach employees only when HR shares them
    • Outside interviewers: add an email when you schedule and they get the invite, the CV and a scorecard on a private link, with no login and no seat
    • Plans now lock features: reports, agencies, client sharing and the careers page from Growth; API and webhooks from Scale
  3. 2.4
    • Upload JD on New job: drop the job description as a PDF or Word file and AI fills the title, skills, description, experience, salary, location and work mode for you to check
  4. 2.3
    • AI ranking: one click on a role's Candidates tab scores every applicant against the role and sorts them, with the reasons and the gaps to check (Growth and above)
    • Plans are now sized by the CVs you hold, with recruiter seats included in every plan and a new Enterprise plan with no CV limit
    • Your plan page and billing page show all four plans feature by feature
  5. 2.2
    • Ask AI: ask about closures, pipelines, interviews and people in plain words, and let it move a stage, schedule an interview, reject or add a note after you confirm; it only sees what your role can see
    • Fill details with AI on Add candidate reads the CV into the form; the same CV is never charged twice
    • TDS calculated every month under the 2026-27 rules: new regime by default, old regime with rent, 80C, 80D and home loan declarations, the no-PAN rule, and opening balances for companies moving payroll mid-year
    • Employees declare their regime and investments (Form 124) and download their tax computation; HR uploads Form 130, which replaced Form 16, and exports quarterly TDS return data
    • The New button opens a menu of what you can create, and on a role's page adds a candidate straight to it
    • Agency recruiters submit candidates but no longer move stages; company-wide numbers are hidden from agencies and consultants
    • HireZeta vs UKG Pro Recruiting comparison
  6. 2.1
    • Agencies: add an outside agency with contact, GSTIN, fee % and documents (agreement, GST, PAN, NDA); invite its recruiters once a document is on file, choose which roles to share, pause an agency any time
    • Agency recruiters see only the roles shared with them and their own submissions; a candidate already in your database is refused as a duplicate without showing who, unless they were last active more than 6 months ago; agency logins need no seat
    • New Consultant (view only) role: sees the pipelines of the roles assigned to them, changes nothing, cannot send offers
    • Roles & access: owners switch features on or off per role, from creating roles and sending offers to export, reports, leave approval and AI
    • Offers: upload your own PDF or Word letter instead of the template; it goes with the offer email, and the candidate uploads the signed copy on the offer page
    • Draft with AI in the job form writes a first job description from the title and a few facts
    • AI credits on every plan: 500, 2,000 or 10,000 a month; 1 per resume parse, 2 per JD draft; top-up packs through sales that do not expire at month end
    • HRMS: departments as a managed list; shifts with grace minutes, half days, weekly offs and time zones, night shifts included, with late marks
    • Check-in without GPS: office Wi-Fi by public IP, or a reception kiosk with a QR code that changes every 30 seconds; require office check-in or allow anywhere and flag it
    • Payslips: salary structure with PF, ESI, professional tax by state and monthly TDS, loss of pay pro rata; HR publishes the month and employees download under Me
    • Reports: the previous-period comparison is fixed; small bases show as counts instead of large percentages, and “new” when a number starts from zero
    • Open tabs show “HireZeta has been updated” with a reload button after each release
