How is HireZeta priced?+
By the size of your candidate database. Each plan holds a set number of CVs and includes recruiter seats; you can add more seats at a lower add-on rate. Interviewers are free on every plan and need no login; agency recruiters and view-only consultants are free on Growth and above. Talk to sales and we size a plan to your team, usually within one business day.
What counts as a CV?+
One candidate profile held in your database. A person is counted once however many roles they are added to, duplicates are refused, and removing a profile frees the room. Uploading, searching and re-opening profiles is never charged.
What counts as a seat?+
Anyone with the Owner, Admin or Recruiter role, the people who add candidates and move them, including hiring managers who work in the pipeline. Starter includes 2 seats, Growth 3, Scale 5 and Enterprise 10, and more can be added. Interviewers are invited by email, need no login, and are free and unlimited on every plan.
What happens when we reach the CV limit?+
You are told well before it. On Starter the next step is Growth. On Growth and Scale you can add a block of CVs or move up a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working for the CVs you already hold.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes, 14 days of Growth with every feature, no card needed. If you have not chosen a plan by then, the workspace goes read-only; nothing is deleted for 90 days.
What are AI credits?+
Every plan includes AI credits each month: 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Scale and 25,000 on Enterprise. Reading a resume into a structured profile costs 1 credit, drafting a job description 2, reading an uploaded JD file 1, an Ask AI question 1, and ranking an applicant against a role 1. Re-opening or searching a profile is free. The monthly allowance resets on the 1st.
What is AI ranking?+
On Growth and above, one click scores every applicant of a role against its description and sorts them, with the reasons for the score and the gaps to check. Starter shows a simpler skill match score.
What if we run out of AI credits?+
Ask sales for a top-up pack. Top-up credits are used only after the monthly allowance runs out, and they do not reset at month end.
Can I import my existing database?+
Yes. Excel or CSV exports from Naukri, LinkedIn, agencies or your old ATS import with automatic column mapping and duplicate handling. Bulk resume upload with AI parsing is included on every plan, and on Enterprise our team does the migration for you.
Where is my data stored?+
In India (AWS Mumbai), encrypted at rest and in transit. Each organisation's data is isolated; resumes are never shared across customers.
Do recruitment consultancies have their own plans?+
Yes. Consultancy plans are sized by recruiter seats, active clients and the CVs you hold: 3 recruiters and 5 active clients on Starter, 5 and 10 on Growth, 12 recruiters and unlimited clients on Scale. A client counts only while it has an open job. Client sharing, sub-vendor logins and reports by client start on Growth.
