Questions
Which file types are parsed?+
PDF, DOC, DOCX and TXT up to 15 MB each. Scanned image-only PDFs are stored but not parsed.
How accurate is the parsing?+
Identity and contact fields are very reliable. Experience dates and CTC depend on how the resume states them; anything the AI is unsure about is marked for review rather than guessed.
Is candidate data used to train AI?+
No. Resume text is sent to the AI provider only to extract fields, under terms that exclude training, and nothing is shared across customers.
